My bird has been doing some weird stuff. Help?

I recently bought a 12 week old Fischer Lovebird. I have noticed that for the past couple of days he has been doing this weird thing where he will jump down off of his swing onto his perch and began to flap his wings really hard is this normal. He also eats all the time he actually cleans out his food dish everyday along with the veggies and fruits that I give him. My other lovebird does not do this or eat that much he is a peachface should I take the other bird to the vet to see if something is wrong with him
