Which is a better place to stay in Cancun?

Between the Omni Cancun Hotel and Villas, and the Grand Oasis Playa. I'm looking for a nice, relaxing place during the day, but still exciting at night, I'm looking to party a bit of the vacation too. If anyone's stayed there or who have heard of others who have stayed there please give me your input!
