My ex doesn't love me, is she worth trying to get back if I still love her?

IF she does not love you then you are wasting your time. IT will not change and anything you do will only make it worse. Move on and find someone who does love you....look at this relationship as a stepping block to better things to come. Be true to yourself, if you got issues, fix them before you start another. Have faith, there is someone for everyone.
