How do I get rid of black heads near my eyes?

I can squeeze nearly all my face to rid it of black heads, but near my eyes on my cheeks and on the bridge of my nose is impossible to squeeze any out. I use a apricot scrub, toner, and have tried those black head removing strips, but nothing has ever worked in these areas. Am I doomed to always have blackheads?
