Constant apologizing what to do?

No matter what as of the last year or so i just always apologize to everyone about everything even if i am right or they are making fun of me. I used to be very argumentative and came from a horrid household. I think i am just sick of BS. What does it tell others if i always apologize? Is it ok to be like this? are there others like this? i am 23 btw
