OK so here's my dilemma. I have never made lasagna before but I want to try. Thing is I am a very picky eater. I want a lasagna that is onion free and without tomato "pieces". I prefer lots of cheese meat and a sauce that is without "pulp" so to speak. Whats a good recipe for this and are there any brands of tomato sauce out there that I can use to get this type of lasagna?
