Why aren't guys attracted to me?

I'm a sopre in high school. I've had crushes on guys and everything, but I've never been kissed or even had a boyfriend. It's not that I want a boyfriend just to have one...I just feel a little unloved by the opposite . I mean, I'm nice, fun, decent-looking, respectful, and mature, but no guys seem to like me. And it especially hurts when I see how many guys are drooling all over my friends. Please don't tell me I need to focus on subjects other than guys. I know that's probably true. I just need some advice on how to not feel so down about guys and what guys like in a girl.
