Chemical that can help in role reversal.?

I didn't see it but I would think a trip to a good counselor to talk about your problem would lead to the same destination. You want to be able to relax and let him take care of you again. I don't know if any chemical could ever help you let go. Maybe a xanax but I think talking about your situation with your husband and a trained professional would get the ball rolling. Good luck.
