Good exercises to do for a muy thai fighter, who doesn't have access to a gym?

Well its easier than you think, as a muay thai or kickboxer you need good strength in your legs as they are keep, do lots of squats and leg lifts. Keep rock hard abs as you'll need to be able to take a hit there, do plenty of crunches and abdominal sit ups, for the arms in punching power, do wide, regular and close pushups, and plenty of tricep dips.
