Horribly Managed Restaurant?

Oh boy where to start.. If my boss finds out about this I will most likely be fired but I feel that things have gone too far. Hes gotten away with too much! I need some advice. My boss is the owner or partial owner of a bar/restaurant. It is poorly maintained. The wires in the kitchen are showing, he leaves food uncovered, the electricity is bad, theres a hole in the floor behind the bar. you can see into the basement! The floor is uneven, when it rains it drips alot into the bar area and there are 2 floors above the bar!!! He serves food that is going bad. Some things even have a sticker with a buyers warning label on it. The upstairs is even worse. He uses it as storage but its falling apart piece by piece. The higher up you go the worse it looks. You see mud bees and all their nests everywhere. Windows are broke... etc... If theres moldy food he makes his kitchen staff cut that part off or just make it anyway. People come in from time to time for inspection but he always gets tipped off and they dont check things like they are supposed to. There have even been rats running around the kitchen. And as for his staff... we work long hours with no breaks. We get paid very little too. He hardly ever pays his bills. and when lcb is coming he gets tipped off by someone. I dont understand how hes gotten away with this for soooo many years. The building is either going to collapse or someone is going to end up with food poisening.. Any advice??
