I have some rabbit owning questions?

Yes get 4 rabbits, but make sure that they can't hurt each other. To get the rabbits use to the chihuahua, just take each one every day and let them sit on your lap and also let the chihuahua and rabbit sniff/lick each other and do this for a few days (2-5 days) and then they should be fine.
