Is President George W. Bush evil?

he's not sophisticated enough to be "evil". he got propped up by a group of neocons and bought into their agenda, thinking he was fighting for a worthy cause...but he wasn't smart enough to really grasp global politics to realize his policies were going to do much more harm than good.
