Prepaid card and how can i apply?

I am 14, live in canada (ontario) and i am starting up a new online business venture next week. I never thought about it before but i need a way that i can make payments very fast from myself to my customers, also to verify my paypal account. i.e. i need a mastercard or visa prepaid card that's reloadable, not a credit card. I was looking at the bmo mozaik mastercard but it is a requirement that the card holder be 16 to apply. Are there any cheap options for a prepaid reloadable business card that i can use and apply for in ontario? Thanks a bunch
