Should I drop Chris Iannetta and pick up Pablo Sandoval at catcher?

I am in a league where players qualify at a position after playing one game, so Sandoval qualifies as catcher. We have two catchers on our team. My first catcher is Victor Martinez, and I am thinking of dropping Iannetta for Sandoval since Sandoval will play more often.
